I'm guilty! I like what they were saying at minute 3. It's much easier to just send an e-mail and assume your message is going to be well received. However, you can't be sure that your message is free of sin and modes of personal gain, so those types of transactions don't serve either party.
In this "digital age" of e-mail, websites, blogs, social networks it seems really natural to communicate more and more over the Internet, but this video discusses really well the notion that things like correction or other topics close to the heart are better communicated in person.
